Spark Festival 2021: A Sketchbook of Vital Ideas

The Spark Festival 2021 offers a vibrant programme of online performances and experiences – with many free and pay-what-you-can events, the only problem is how to fit everything in!

So we wanted to draw your attention to our industry event, which is It aimed at professionals in the performing Arts for Young Audiences sector such as Programmers, Commissioners or Artistic Directors and Chief Executives.

Attendance at each event is free, but spaces are limited

‘A Sketchbook of Vital Ideas’ is an online opportunity to meet with leading theatre-makers, preview new shows in the making and find out what their work can offer you.

Now’s the time to sketch out a plan and not let ‘diversity’ be just a heading in your business plan. By engaging in conversations, commissions, and the programming of diverse work for young audiences can open new ideas and ways of working into the heart of our creative practice.

Join artists Chad Taylor, Takeshi Matsumoto, burn / gobscure and Mellow Baku as they share their current work and invite you into a conversation, not a presentation.
